30 For 30 x2

So with the fitness I have discovered a slight flaw in my goals, but I have also solved it so YAAAY!! (I do that too much.) If you look up about 3 line you will see that fitness was 30 for 30 and as we have done this previously I had some goals to accomplish, however as I was focusing on completing the activities I did not think to count my reps for each activity. My temporary solution for this is to go with how I felt afterwards since I am supposed to know myself best. Right? However I did remember to pull out my phone so unannounced goal accomplished!!! Anyways, back to somewhat of a point in my earlier post for 30 for 30 I said that my goal was to achieve more reps for each activity and I do feel that I did push myself harder during this activity and try to go faster. For the most part I would say I reached my goal to a certain degree, but the goal still stands and I still hope to put in more reps for each activity the next time. As I am now sitting here typing random words that you may or may not waste your time reading, I will go ahead and say that this is the end of this post. Since these never get names (Poor activities :() I shall give them some!
